Pulsar67 LLC provides Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting, network connectivity, and related services. All services are subject to these Terms and our SLA and Privacy Policy.

All activities that occur under your account
Ensuring your contact and billing information is accurate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations.
Fees are billed according to the plan selected at signup.
Payments must be made on time; failure to pay may result in service suspension.
Refunds, if any, are at the discretion of Pulsar67 LLC unless otherwise stated.
Our services are provided per the SLA. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Pulsar67 LLC is not responsible for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for securing their applications, websites, and data.
Pulsar67 LLC implements reasonable technical and administrative security measures.
We are not liable for data loss; backups are the responsibility of the customer.
Either party may terminate services at any time.
Pulsar67 LLC may suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
Upon termination, customer data may be deleted after a reasonable period unless otherwise required by law.
Pulsar67 LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the affected service during the affected month.
We are not liable for third-party services or software used by the customer.
You agree to indemnify and hold Pulsar67 LLC harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
Your use of services
Violation of these Terms
Breach of law or third-party rights
Pulsar67 LLC may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
